I have very eclectic tastes in reading material. My library contains some classics and some trash, pulp fiction and mysteries and a lot of non-fiction including theology, philosophy, biographies, history and politics. I like Wine: cabernet sauvignon is my favorite but I will drink others Whiskey: Powers Irish Whiskey Rum: Flor de Cana Gold Gin: Plymouth and Boodles Tequila: Zarco Beer: Chimay blue label and Abita Abbey Ale
I have not been a member of one since the mid-seventies and the last book I discussed in that setting was Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance, by Robert Persig. I hope to gain insight into books I read from listening to others discuss books from their prospective.

Hi, it is inevitable that I join this group, as it combines two of my favorite pastimes. I look forward to meeting critical thinkers who are passionate readers.
