Yes. Not often but when I do I go all out.
I like to experiment. I cook a lot of Italian dishes but can also do French. The simpler a dish such as eggs or rice are harder for me than fancier dishes with sauces.
Although I worked in a Thai restaurant and helped just a tiny bit in the kitchen, my Asain cooking skills are lacking and I'd like to learn more.
None. I'll eat just about anything except that I don't like hot peppers.
I'm excited about this group. I have restaurant kitchen experience but am no longer in the industry so this will be fun. I have at least 30 different spices in my pantry.
