Meetup Description: Finding our comfort zones in search of our truth.
There is a lot of information out there on the consciousness shift (enlightenment) and there is a lot of misinformation. There are discussions with in this topic that makes our heart sing and are discussions that make our skin crawl. As individuals we need to find that which resonates with us and drop that which does not.
Where do we begin? What aspects do we want to explore farther? As an experiment I would like to challenge you all to try this: go to http://www.youtube.co... and do a seach on your favorite keywords. Words such as Ascension, enigma, 2012, quantum leap, God, consciousness or what ever buzz word that resonates with you. Look at how many hits each search brings up and watch a few videos.
Or do a google search the same way to see how many websites offer information on this topic. See if any of the searches lead you any where interesting. Make a note of the places they you found that you felt were wack jobs verses the places you found that had something to offer.
In our next gathering we will discuss that which we found that we liked vs that which we felt uncomfortable with. It will be interesting to hear about the experiences.
Of course all are welcome whether you feel like doing this exercise (homework) or not.
As a reminder in a future gatherings we will review the book "Handbook for the New Paradigm". It is available for download under files here on the website for FREE. You can also purchase a hard copy from places like Amazon.com if you do not feel like printing out a pdf or reading on a screen. The book was suggested by several members.
Gatherings are free. No membership fees. We tend to drop a dollar or something in a donation basket to help the building cover electricity and so on. The meeting site is a private empty house reserved for community gatherings. Consider it a love offering. Appreciated but not required.
