Influencers' One Year Anniversary and Scholarship Fundraiser

Join members of the North Austin Influencers™ as we celebrate our one year anniversary with Hispanic Scholarship Consortium and National Black MBA Association Austin Chapter

Meet business professionals and executives, business owners and entrepreneurs from a diverse group of industries.

Event hashtag is #Influencers

Master of Ceremonies will be:

Edie Phillips is a 20 plus year resident of North Austin, a Realtor, and author of Edie's First Time Home Buyer's Manual.  She is the current VP of Membership of the National Black MBA Association.

Patrick Perez's explosive presence combined with his background as a youth mentor, author, and award-winning social entrepreneur engages audiences across the country from high school assemblies to leadership conferences.

We will have a silent auction at this event as a fundraiser for scholarships to support the future leaders in the Austin community through organizations:

The Hispanic Scholarship Consortium (HSC) opens gateways so students can reach their full potential. By eliminating traditional barriers to higher education and professional success, HSC cultivates leaders ready to meet our community’s most critical needs. What began as a small collaborative committed to scholarship is now a synergistic organization focused on the academic, leadership, professional and philanthropic development of Central Texas youth with scholarship as a point of entry and source of ongoing support.

The National Black MBA Association Austin Chapter provides access to qualified, diverse individuals; continuous professional development; and educational, career, networking and entrepreneurial opportunities, resulting in economic development for Central Texas members, partners and the community.  Scholarship money goes toward their Leaders of Tomorrow Fund which provides high school students with professional mentors throughout Austin, Texas and surrounding areas.

Special thank-you to Williamson County African American Chamber of Commerce (WCAACC) for all your continuing support and professional organizer extraordinaire, Diana Wettling of Practical Arrangements for assisting in getting the silent auction items in order for the fundraiser.

With assistance from volunteers,  attendees, and donors  we can raise a significant amount to split between both Hispanic Scholarship Consortium and National Black MBA Association Austin Chapter’s Leaders of Tomorrow Fund.

Thank-you to all our amazing donors for the silent auction we items in four categories: Leadership, Beauty, Home, and AdventureDonor companies are:
