This is a womens' study group for An Introduction to Interactive Programming in Python (https://www.coursera.org/course/interactivepython) which is a free class offered by Rice University.
The discussion will be driven by your input and can cover the material in the lectures, homework, and programming assignments.
This meeting will be held online, via go to meeting; a link will be sent out to registered folks the day of study group.

Hi Suzanne, I wrote a blog post inviting other homeschooling moms of kids with STEM interests to consider joining this class. I like the line in your intro about finding ways to encourage STEM with your daughter. This is a beginner class and I think those involved will have varying levels of experience.
