I want to learn how to build stuff with Arduino.
I have an electronics and computer programming background and a very general understanding of how Arduino should work but I havent done anything with it.
Hi Lily. Thank you for joining Globetrotters. I am looking forward to meeting you in the future and share travel stories!
Hi Lily - Thanks for connecting with the Reston Young Professionals. I look forward to meeting you. - Nicholas
Hi Lily, we do a lot in NoVA - check out existing meetups. :) I don't particularly like going into the city myself. We have a upcoming holiday party and upcoming novahackers speaking meetups - I'd love for you to join us!
Lily welcome! Dont feel bad, we will have hang outs on the weekends too! see you then!
Hi Lily! Glad you joined the 20s and 30s Asian Group! We look forward to seeing you at the next event!
Hi Lily, Toastmasters provides a very supportive environment and structured program for you to increase your speaking and leadership skills. Your public speaking skills will improve no matter what your current speaking skills are. Learn new techniques from other members in the club. Hope that one of the 10 clubs listed on the left hand side of this page is close to your home or work. Let me know if you have any questions that I can help answer. -Edmond
Hi Lily, keep an eye out for the Arduino events on the calendar - alternate Tuesdays are the Arduino group gatherings. Either bring a project to show off or bring questions. Sounds like you might benefit from the Arduino 101 class we've held occasionally. If you can't wait, let me/us know and maybe we can get you up to speed (or at least enough knowledge to be dangerous). See you at Nova Labs!
Thanks Lily for your kind review for the Asian Friends Network. I hope you enjoyed the events and hope to talk to you at the next one ;)
