UIResponder: At Your Service (February Meetup)

Our speaker for February is Jack Basiago. Here's how Jack described the topic: During some recent reading, I found information about the UIResponder class and the responder chain. I found this information to be really valuable for our recent development, significantly simplifying component interaction. I will show how this base class can serve your needs when building somewhat non-traditional apps that require tight intercomponent interactions. We’ll go over some code and examples of how it can be used. Depending on how much time we have, I may go into a simple approach to doing generalized drag and drop. Hope you can attend.

Update:  Pizza will be provided by Nicole from Tek Systems.  Thanks Nicole!

It was great to have you there! Sorry I didn't get a chance to chat with you personally. Maybe next time.

While I'm not really an iOS developer yet, I still enjoyed the talk and could gather a good bit of general iOS info from it. :P
