Miller's Head/Betty's Rock

B Level Hike - Shenandoah National Park

***We will meetup at Centreville Park and Ride to form carpools and then drive to the trail-head.  Please arrive a few minutes before 8AM***

Starting at Skyland, we will hike out to Miller's Head, with it's beautiful view of Page valley.  After returning, we will proceed south on the AT to Betty's Rock for lunch.  We will then return to Skyland using the Crescent Rock,  Limberlost, and White Oak Canyon trails.  Total distance is approx. 9.5mi. with an elevation gain of 1,500ft.
