Flowers, fruit trees, vegetables--using compost, worms, all organic so far except for Sluggo & rose medicine.
Almost 3 years
Yes, but it's a mess, my hands are very sore & I haven't been able to do much work this spring. I have a reasonably big garden/jungle on NE Oregon & 72nd Ave.
I would teach a class if there's something I know that you all don't, but how would you find out? What needs teaching? I've had semi-organic gardens since 1980, but not in the NW.
Only been to one event, but was very happy with the organization and idea for the whole thing. I was also glad that Chris & Joanne were able to respond to my questions (cries for help) at the last minute, so I was able to get myself together & make the tour. Also nice that it was literally open-ended, two people came late & were only able to see the last few gardens, but they were very happy at what they did see.
