This hike will take you through the forest of Tom, Dick and Harry Mountain and to the summit. Along the way we will hike and visit Mirror Lake. We will get a spectacular view of Mt. Hood and other glacier mountains on a clear day. Also the mirror reflextion of Mount Hood from the summit. When we reach the summit, we will have lunch and enjoy the beauty of the area. After lunch, we will hike back to the trailhead.Along the way and during the hike, we will make frequent stops to break and take pictures.
The hike pace will be about 2mph and under. If you are one of the people that likes to hike more than 2mph and do not stop frequently to take breaks and enjoy the scenery, this hike might not be for you. This will be a day hike. Please plan on it. If you have to be back by a certain time, please do not sign up for this hike.
We can treat ourselves to a meal if everyone is up for it. We will play it by ear.
I have hiked in Tom, Dick and Harry Mountain before. The views are magnificent. Please be in at least reasonable shape.
This will be a special birthday hike for me. Cheers to you if you can make it and enjoy this wonderful day.
