Promoting the July 3 picnic

As of today, very few of the NWFC member groups have posted the picnic flyer or even any notice of the July 3 event on their websites. We are only 2 1/2 weeks away from the event, so will all group leaders please move quickly to get the picnic information and/or flyer posted on their sites ASAP?
