Seattle area native Bruce Hudson holds a Master Craftsman Degree from the Professional Photographers of America and is one of only 40 photographers worldwide accepted for membership in the prestigious Camera Craftsmen of America Organization. He and his late wife Sue, started Hudson’s Portrait Design in 1982.

A much sought after speaker to professional photographic organizations, Bruce has lectured on behalf of Fuji Film USA and other industry leaders in nearly all 50 states, Canada, Puerto Rico and New Zealand.  He has been featured on KING 5’s “Evening Magazine” and his work is displayed in “Street of Dreams” homes and Epcot Center, Walt Disney World.

Bruce has photographed Presidents, Governors, as well as prominent sports figures like Randy Johnson, Omar Vizquel, Jeff Fassero and their families. He also is the personal photographer for nighttime radio personality Delilah and her family and most recently was hired to photograph financial guru Dave Ramsey on his visit to Seattle.

Bruce has photographed over 1200 weddings, tens of thousands of family, high school senior & business portraits, for his clients traveling from Kansas City to Hawaii, Scottsdale to Japan.

He is known for his unique way of capturing the true personalities of his clients with high impact photographs!

Josh Hudson literally grew up around the photography business and entrepreneurship. He was born in 1982 just 3 months after his Dad Bruce and his late Mom Sue Hudson started Hudson’s Photography With a degree in Political Science from Washington State University Josh’s path was heading straight towards law school. During the interim from undergraduate school Josh worked at the studio. This interim job quickly turned into a passion for the photography business and he has since never left!

Now, Josh manages the day to day operations and the marketing at his family’s studio, Hudson’s Portrait Design. He was also instrumental in creating new, highly effective niche brands for the business for high school seniors, commercial photography and video, and Hudson’s Photo Workshops photography classes. As a much sought after speaker, Josh has spoken to professional photographic groups in nearly all 50 states and Canada on behalf of industry leaders like H&H Color Lab, Marathon Press, Animoto, and many others. He is also a monthly columnist for shootsmarter.com, a frequent speaker for New York Times Best Selling Author Sarah Petty’s small business marketing web summits, and is co-founder of this educational website mystudiomentor.com.

His passion for helping photographers navigate the confusing and ever-changing realm of social media marketing comes through during every one of his exciting programs, websummits, and episodes of Photo Entrepreneur TV.
