M-C Recruitment is a very disruptive recruitment company. We use lean methodologies and new technology to significantly change the recruitment process. Other recruitment firms are sales focused and rely on luck to place. We have no sales people but are growing rapidly from client excitement alone. Our search methods include traditional head-hunting techniques as well as Facebook advertising, content marketing and blogs for jobs. The result is flash job branding. Inactive and active candidates alike know about our clients and heard about the jobs from multiple channels. Our interview process is unique too. We first screen candidates by phone and then take them to a second Skype interview. We record the Skype interview so the client has a robust package of information including a targeted candidate resume, salary information and a video interview. Our fees are only $3,000-$5,000 per hire at most, compared to $20,000-$40,000 for our competitors.
