A lot of fun. Good workout, fun people, and they're interested in teaching skills.

Yes of course they can. As long as they yell spell names every time you get the ball.

Where is the Quidditch pitch located exactly? And if I've never played before but have played similar games like dodgeball, handball and volleyball is that okay?

    • Chris

When you enter the park on 86th & CPW we are located to your left in the big open clearing. Once we are there its hard to miss us with the hoops set up. And yes that is perfectly okay. :)

Do I need to bring anything? Also, is there a fee for this meetup?

Bring a broom and your game face! No fees unless you want to play for the team and make it. Then there is a yearly team dues and related dues through US Quidditch.

I just signed up. Can I bring my 13 year old son to tryout?

Minimum age for players is 16. However, you can bring your son and he can participate in most drills but anything tackling/physicality related or the team scrimmage he would have to sit out.
