Introduce Yourself

Tax Transfer has successfully written over 1,100 applications and placed in excess of $600,000,000 in credits for tech and biotech companies in NJ. The Technology Tax Transfer Certificate Program, administered by the NJEDA is great for new and emerging tech/biotech companies, that may not be able to obtain a line of credit with a bank and helps bring cash in without diluting a company's stock. Applications are due June 30, 2013. We are performance based, write the application, submit all the back up material needed, work with the state if they have questions with your application, get you approved, fill out the paperwork to sell the losses and get the cash your company needs to you faster than any of the other facilitators in this program. We work with Fortune 100 buyers who are already lined up to buy credits this year. We make our fee from the buyer of the credits. We have been the largest participant in this Program since its inception in 1998.

I am the COO of Tax Transfer Corporation of NJ. For the past 15 years, we have written 1,100 grant applications for tech/biotech companies in NJ allowing the companies to sell their NJ losses to a profitable company for cash.
