Our client is an international software company providing solutions and services in Assurance, Compliance, and Data Information. We are looking for dynamic, sales professionals.

You will lead sales efforts to target new business opportunities and work directly with prospective clients and existing clients to identify their EHS risk needs and map them to our client’s EHS, Risk & Compliance capabilities.

You will drive sales of the solution and related services by becoming a strategic partner to organizations requiring automated EHS, and related compliance and risk management solutions.

You will develop effective proposals and sales presentations in collaboration with other team members and drive the proposal process to completion.

Qualifications

Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years strategic solution sales experience, where a consultative approach was necessary, with a track record of exceeding quota.

The successful candidate will have the following skills:
•A proven track record of selling either specialized software solutions, consulting, or other solution-based services;
•Experience selling into the C-suite of Fortune 1000 companies and other levels of Senior Management;
•The ability to work successfully as part of a multi-functional sales team; as well as independently via a satellite office;
•Thrive on the challenge of crafting solutions where there is ambiguity about exactly what the client’s problem is and what solution is right for them;
•Strong client relationship and sales process management skills;
•Must have excellent written and oral communication skills; must be highly organized with great attention to detail; and be self-motivated with the drive to achieve;
•EHS or compliance industry experience is desired;
•Understand and support the Company’s goals, business, and values.
Duties

•Meet quarterly and annual sales goals
•Identify opportunities for through territory management and consistent monthly prospecting activity to generate a pipeline of 2-3 times quota within six months
•Work closely with marketing and inside sales to drive targeted campaigns and activities to generate sales opportunities in the targeted markets and defined territory
•Collaborate with other sales team members on cross selling opportunities within assigned territory
•Manage all aspects of research based, strategic sales process to identify new opportunities based upon understanding client needs and fit
•Move them from qualification through evaluation, technical review, proposal, and negotiate to closure
•Deliver effective executive presentations which demonstrate compelling business fit and strategic partnership based upon solution, differentiation and unique value.
•Maintain accurate account and opportunity information
•Represent client at trade shows, industry groups and conferences while gathering market and competitive intelligence
•Actively engage in industry networking organizations to establish credibility and develop referrals for new opportunities
•Timely response to requests for information (RFI) and proposal (RFP) for well qualified opportunities
•Work collaboratively with other internal departments, particularly services and technical support to enable effective client implementation and ongoing support and satisfaction
•Remain engaged with clients through implementation process and maintain a leadership role in ongoing client relationship management
•Escalate client feedback and client satisfaction issues proactively and in a timely manner
•Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on EHS and related compliance and risk management market developments and trends provide internal feedback and recommendations
•Travel – of course
