Mitchell StevensAs a novice just starting out and lookign for my first gig, the exposure to other developers with more experience was daunting, but it was also good. It liken it to being a novice chess player, wanting to play like a master: you don't learn all the cruicial trick and strategies by playing with people at the novice level, but by emersing yourself with people who are at a higher level, than yourself.

Aaron GoldmanDan did a great an often humorous job of noting the discussion on the overhead. There was intelligent and jovial discussion about current technology and future direction in .Net. I was very glad I went, it was a great group and many didn't want to leave at the end.
