Give rights to IIS_USER to acces that folder and restart the IIS should work

Hi All,
I need to upload file from a client to the server.
When testing code in Visual Studio everything works fine.
When put it on a web site and trying to save a file with SaveAs got a message "access denied"
For the folder, where I want to save, I have changed security property by adding a line to "Group or user name"
"ASP.Net Machine Account (MSIR\ASPNET)"
And added permission for Read&Execute,List folder contents,Read , Write
But still have that access denied .
I would appreciate any info.
Thank you,
