Have you looked at Hive At 55? They are looking to
work with non-profit technology meet-ups. They have a nice space near
Wall Street that can fit between 30 - 50 people.

 I would also suggest getting in touch with NYPHP. I am part of the
Joomla group and they have provided us with free use of their mailing
list and help promote our group. I would call Hans at and
tell him what you are doing.
