Introduction

I am fascinated by Mythology because within it are the underpinnings of the stories that shape us as individuals, as a culture, and what it means to be human. This group is a match and fit for the exploration of this fascination

How did you hear about our group?

I heard about this group through an exploration of Meetup offerings

Tell us a little about your interest in Mythology

A miner for individual truth. We are taught a mythology of who we are. I work with individuals, to uncover a position they can hold, freeing them of stories they have been living by that don't work, and create a story that enables them to flourish.

Additional information:

I am President of New York Awareness Center. My partner, Morrin Bass and I work with individuals and groups to help them discover purpose and direction, and to clear the way for their journey to tkae shape.

  • Mark, What happened to the Hypnosis group that used to meet every Thursday night at the bookstore in Columbus Circle? I used to practice my hypnosis there, & loved it. Will they ever be meeting again? I need to relearn, & practice my hypnosis once again. Please let me know. Jonathan Alter

  • Hi Mark! Nice to hear from you! I was asking Morrin if she can facilitate a workshop. I remember enjoying the last one I attended some time ago. Are you co-facilitating workshops these days? I have some openings later this month and in October. You can reach me at [masked]. Blessings!

  • Really, I will take that as a compliment. What we can do with hair color or like in your case, beard/no beard.

  • Hey Mark,
I hope I'll be able to make the Toltec meetup on 5/23. I look forward to meeting you and the other members. There are so many cool things that people interested in Toltec wisdom can do as a group that we can't do on our own. Someday I'd like to try out walking Indian file, following the footprints, awakening the skeleton, and other exercises in the Teachings of Don Carlos by Victor Sanchez... I'll be reading The Four Agreements this week. Thanks for mentioning it! --SK
