I read a remarkable book titled Medicine for the Earth: How to Transform Personal and Environmental Toxins by Sandra Ingerman. She talks about connecting with one’s essence through myth. At the same time, a friend suggested I read Campbell’s Pathways

My window into myth is my current art project. I had a plaster cast made of my face. I am researching myths and doing a lot of personal journey work to help me choose the design and materials that will bring this mask to life for me. In the process, I am falling in love with mythology and its transformative powers.
In my coaching work with writers and artists, they, like many people, work hard at digging for Truth and their unique expression of it. It is an honor for me to witness their successes and results. I have a particular interest in women's creativity and spirituality across cultures.
It is the most stimulating group in NYC!

Hi Melissa,
I was wondering what the best subway or bus is to get there from Penn Station. thanks.

Mellissa,
Quick Question: I've paid twice in the past and was unable to attend. My job shorted my paycheck by two days - leaving me fund free. Is it possible for me to just show up for Wednesday's group?
I would like to thank you for creating this group. Because of you I found my soulmates at the IWWG and you introduced me to my soul. It is my Soul saying gratitude to you and Hannelore's 'Purpose'.
You will be in my thoughts everytime I write.
Hi! I registered online, and I am coming from NYC. What time the event starts on Saturday? I intend to attend your seminar about Publishing (9am?). Any advice or things to do before going to any of the seminar?
Melissa, sorry to miss last week. I hope you got my message. Looking forward to next week. Kim
Melissa,
Just wondering: What ever happened to the video of our reading at the Cornelia Street Cafe?
Sorry I missed last night - ugly case of conjunctivitis has me in isolation...
See you after Skidmore.
Margie
Hi Melissa. I would love to keep sponsoring the group, but we need to come up with a new offer since the 2011 Literature & Landscape of the Horse retreat ended a few days ago. We had a fabulous time! Perhaps a discount to this year's RiverWriting & StoneSinging trip for women? Just let me know.
Thanks.

Hi Melissa,
For the reading at Cornelia Street, may I read creative nonfiction or is this soley fiction?
Thanks! Susan
Hello Melissa,
I found this link when doing a search for women's writing groups. Since I live in Raleigh, NC I obviously can't attend any of the meetings but I really admire the formatting and content of your group. Does the IWWG have a template to starting Meetups in other cities? We have nothing like this here; there are so many writers in this area I could have a large group set up in about a month! I'd appreciate any info you could give me. Thank you.
Cathy
Hi, Melissa,
I'm confused about the HH MeetUp next Thursday, and our group's next MeetUp. I've lost my calendar! Also, the HH MeetUp begins at 6, which makes it impossible for me to get to - will it always be at 6?
Hope you are doing well.....
Margie
