Terrain: Easy to moderate, mainly rolling hills.

Distance: 4+ miles  (Not including optional post hike lake loop walk.)

Time: 1  1/2+ hours

Pace: Moderate to brisk. Although this is a beginner hike, and nobody gets left behind, we walk at a very brisk pace! Please assess your ability to keep this pace before signing up.

Cancellation notices: I will cancel by 2:00pm if the weather looks dicey or if the hiking conditions are not great.

1 1/2 hr group did 4+ miles, 2 hr group did 5.6+miles @ 3.2 mph. Barnyard animals were in attendance and sheep dogs are really getting use to us. 2hr group walked in on a film group at the Stone Barns. They were setting up to film the last episode of the TV drama "Believe". 12 people went out for a bite to eat. Weather was great, another nail in this past winters coffin.

Very good. Too fast for me but people stayed with me when I just had to slow down. Nice place for sure; farm animals and more.
