Our business model is built to maximize our clients’ global reach, so we enable companies a cost effective way of doing global business and having a global solution for customer service. Personal background: After completing my telecom and IT studies, I've received my International Business Management degree at the Université Paris X Nanterre. I have been working for over 15 years in communications, marketing, and client services management at several Hungarian and international based companies, including Teleperformance, a global leader BPO. I'm a member of Mensa International and also a member and past national president of JCI, the Worldwide Federation of Young Leaders and Professionals.
I enjoy networking and cultural diversity. I would like to develop business opportinities, build partnerships and be a part of the NYC ecosystem.
As a founder and CEO, I currently lead CloudAgents's parent company, COMFORCE Inc., the first cloud-based contact center In Central and Eastern Europe.
