i used this book in my own free form way about 10 years ago. i've been thinking about pulling it out again and thought it'd be nice to share it with other people this time.

people should join this group cause, even though you can process this stuff on your own, i think it goes deeper when you hear other's experience with it. and we're pretty casual, structured, but casual. if you haven't read the chapter yet, come anyway!

Thanks for inviting me kim! I expecially enjoyed the second poem when you told the audiance to close their eyes. I did, and i enjoyed what i saw. Sorry for running out so fast... I'm a nasty teacher if i dont get enought sleep.
