-All members are responsible for their own expenses at all events, if any members are caught leaving events without paying for expenses, they will be automatically removed and the proper authorities will be notified.
-All members come to events at there own discretion and the meetup group assumes no liability if injured, harassed or assaulted.
-All members are responsible for their own belongings at events, the group assumes no responsibility of any theft or damage.
-All members are expected to follow the group's guidelines that are written in the group's event description.
-Any members who act inappropriate, abusive or disruptive at the event will be kindly asked to leave and maybe possibly removed from the group.
-Any members that become violent and abusive will not only be asked to leave, but if necessary the proper authorities will be notified.
-Any members caught spamming other members with unsolicited advertising of their companies, services or products will be immediately removed.
-As indicated in the event description when a member pre-pays for their reservation online, there are no refunds unless the event is canceled or postponed.
-It is expected that for all non-free events, that each member brings their meetup ticket and properly identify themselves for proper check in.
-If for any reason, a member is approached by an event host who acts in a cordial manner, it is appreciated that members respond back in a courteous and respectful manner regarding any issue, concern or problem.
-It is appreciated that if any members have any issues or problems on how the group is being runned or how an event went, that they contact the organizer instead writing something derogatory on the group website to the public.
-Please keep in mind that the age range of 25-49 is an estimated average, since all events vary, an accurate age range can't be guaranteed.
-The group reserves the right to remove any members who have shown based on their online reservation record they have no genuine interest in actually attending events whether it be by constantly reserving YES and not showing up or reserving NO for almost every event scheduled.
-The purpose of membership in the group is to meet at scheduled events and not be used as a personals service, an advertising publication or a recruiting service for a website mailing list.
-The group's organizers and event host serve as moderators to help facilitate the event and ensure it is being run according the scheduled event's description, as well as set up a forum for which members choose to use their time how they see fit at the event.
-This group is not intended to be a matchmaking service, nor are we counselors or entertainers, the event hosts job is not is not set up members on a date, counsel members on how to talk to people or personally provide entertainment for members, it is the responsibility of the members to be socially active and involved.
-It is recommended that you attend an event during the scheduled time frame listed.
-It is expected that members dress appropriately at events since the group strives to maintain a sophisticated environment conducive for proper social interaction.
-The group is open to assigning members as event hosts if interested in leading an event that fits the group's description, if interested please contact the organizer for further discussion.
-If you wish to leave the group, you may do so on you own, members are not removed on a request basis, this is something you can do yourself.
-Time is taken into writing the event descriptions, please do no submit questions to the organizers if the answer you are seeking is already covered in the event description.
-Group member profiles with a organization or website name will be removed and asked to be renamed.
