Thank you everyone for coming out to help out with this event yesterday. I really appreciate alot of you waking up early Sunday morning to get to this event. I know how difficult that was for some of you. Thank you all so much from the bottom of my heart!

The excitement was wonderful. Anything you do for a good cause is great! The only problem I have with this event was the organization. I signed up pretty early I though and there was plenty of emails back and forth. I just am not sure why we did not have better assignment for jobs. I reallt felt like getting up at 3:30 and leaving at 5 to get to the city on the train I would have had a job. I felt like my time there was not of much use. I also realize you have to prepare for the worst by having extras.

I am a people person , hands on and would like to have a job where I can interact more with the people and actually work. I came 80 miles to work the event. :)

It was great! I would say there were a lot more volunteers than needed for the set up but it was a great opportunity to get to know everybody before we got really busy.
