Played classic D&D and AD&D 2E with family, and always wanted to play 4E with people. Got the core books and dice but never got people to commit to a time. Glad i found this group!

"lol! Wall of Text!!! (minor; at-will) Burst 10; All literate targets are stunned (save ends). After Effect: Target is stunned (save ends). IMO, when it comes to encounter difficulty design, there is "fair" and then there is "fun."..."

House rule: Increasing crit damage for monsters
"The player level is also an important factor. Minion was designed for low level, and while it's no big deal at level 10 to get hit by a 12 damage crit from a minion, it is a big deal to get hit with an 8 damage crit at level 1...."
