Introduction
Played classic D&D and AD&D 2E with family, and always wanted to play 4E with people. Got the core books and dice but never got people to commit to a time. Glad i found this group!

House rule: Increasing crit damage for monsters
"The player level is also an important factor. Minion was designed for low level, and while it's no big deal at level 10 to get hit by a 12 damage crit from a minion, it is a big deal to get hit with an 8 damage crit at level 1...."

"Come to think of it, fact that the minion survived long enough to not only make an attack roll but also a crit is quite an achievement in and of itself. hahaha. It should probably get promoted to a regular monster when that happens!!!"
