Introduction
Just came back to the game this fall after 20 years of not playing and would love to join a regular group in Manhattan and Brooklyn. Had a blast this weekend playing my Eladrin Warlock and Shadar-Kai Wizard at a Living Forgotten Realms event in NJ.
How long have you been playing D&D? or new to D&D? What edition do you prefer to play? 4th ed., 3.5, other?
Just came back to the game this December when my friends and I discover the 4.0 rules. We had not played in 20 years, but are loving the new game.
What's your Favorite Book? (D&D related or not)
My favorite books are Proust's "In Search of Lost Time", Tolstoy's "War and Peace", Joyce's "Ulysses", and Thomas Mann's "Magic Mountain".
How often would you prefer to play? monthly, weekly, daily, at night, on weekends
I would prefer every two weeks, but would try to fit a weekly game in. Nights are preferable, but the weekends could also work.
What's your favorite class to play? Wizards, Fighters, Rogues, Priests etc.
Wizards and Warlocks. I am drawn to the Arcane powers. But, I am also interested in playing a Genasi Swordmage and Shadar-Kai beastmaster ranger.
Have you ever been the Dungeon Master? Would you like to be a Dungeon Master?
I DM my home game, but would love to be a player.

"James, I like the Elven Cleric idea. The idea of the longest lived humanoid race worshiping the Raven Queen is a cool concept. I appreciate your winter angle. Did you read the article in Dragon #374 on "Court of Stars: The Prince of Frost...."
