I have worked in medical research for several years and there is a tremendous amount of waste of time and information because medical data cannot be accessed and manipulated efficiently. I have become passionate about finding ways to maximize the amount of information that can be used to answer simple and complex cancer research questions. I strongly believe strides in cancer care cannot happen without using big data.
I went to Stanford and continued working there after graduating for a few years. I now work at MSKCC.
I work with patient data to answer oncology research questions that aim to personalize cancer treatment.
