While working with event coordinators over the past year, I noticed several challenges that they all seem to face. Some crash before even leading their first event, others start out on a high note and see gradual reduction in their member turnouts, and the others simply continue to repeat the same theme or story making their followership and success vulnerable.

This forum addresses such critical challenges faced by the event coordinators in the NYC metro area. Participation in this group will provide the event coordinators a confirmed fixed space and healthy ambience with exotic teas in the heart of the happening Lower East Side area for free of charge. Coordinators will have the opportunity to learn from each other’s experiences, plan their future events better, and may be even form beneficial partnerships while socializing together in this forum!
