Introduction to Interval training (best way to workout)
AN HOUR -AN HOUR 1/2 ACTUAL WORKOUT SESSION WITH ME!
Be prepared to stay at least 2 hours!! Try to get there 15min prior so that we can chat a little about you goals! For non members of New York Sports clubs there is a $15 fee to use the Gym for the day!

You can contact me via Email to schedule a time that best suites your schedule! for one on ones there is no fee, you will be attending as my personal guest to the club for the day! Same exercises and information as the group class just a more interactive and personal level!
