I'll try to come. I've been to two presentations there so far. One on the budget process which included a workshop on participatory budgeting - very exciting. And one on Economic Justice for Women which was ok. Not much opportunity for audience feedback. But you can record your views anytime the place is open - video or audio. I did put a sticker up demanding that the pipeline be shut down! :) (There are a couple of walls for that purpose.)

I am very concerned about the Keystone pipeline, radon gas, fracking and over development in NYC.

You definitely are in the right place with similar minds and a movement attached!

I was at the tent this week. It reminded me of the 1st, optimistic post-9/11 gathering at South St Seaport - not the global media show that followed at the Javits Center. More importantly, will any of the ideas offered impact the new administrations policymaking & follow thru?

I think that is up to us to follow through with the connections we made.
