The past two years have been very full indeed in our campaign to stop the Rockaway Lateral Pipeline. We wrapped up 2013 with massive outreach and a 40-page document to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission detailing our objections to the draft Environmental Impact Statement (dEIS). In addition to our efforts to point out inconsistencies and dangers inherent in the plan, we believe the comment will be a useful body of work for other pipeline prevention efforts in the U.S.A.

The comment was written with the excellent assistance of the environmental law firm Meyer Glitzenstein & Crystal, who helped us make the December 9 FERC comment deadline; now it's time to pay the legal fees. Why not have a great time while doing that?

Sorry it took so long to get back to you. Our website is It's wonderful that you want to contribute. We greatly appreciate that! There's a bit of a problem with our "donate" button at the moment, though. So if you would like, you could send a check through the snail mail to: The Coalition Against the Rockaway Pipeline, 172 Fifth Avenue, PMB 126, Brooklyn, NY 11217. Thanks so much!
