Healthcare Data Winter 2013 meet-up
This event is co-hosted with the HealthHackingNYC group: http://www.meetup.com/HealthHackingNYC/
Here's the lineup of talks:
Luminate Health is creating a platform for labs and healthcare providers to give patients digital access to their lab results. It also organizes and presents the alphabet soup of lab results in a way that patients can understand and track over time in a more simplified way than existing apps designed for doctors.
Healthmap is a young New York-based startup that provides data-driven consumer health insights. Their technology is used to analyze various sources of unstructured data to uncover hidden patterns and help solve problems for patients, providers, payers and others in the healthcare ecosystem.
Allazo Health is an analytics firm that solves the $300B problem of medication non-adherence for health insurers, PBMs, ACOs, and integrated delivery networks. Our AllazoEngine leverages existing member data to both anticipate which patients will not take their medication and to predict the most effective way to influence each of those patients to take their medication.
Before and after the presentations:
We will be holding an informal networking session before and after the talks. This will be a great time to discuss and compare notes on healthcare data structure and analysis.
