Welcome Mona to the Fleet Feet Group Runs! Congrats on becoming a runner! It's the best sport where anyone can pick it up at any point in life. Great goal! Ahh, nothing like exercising outdoors. It's like a mini vacation every time you lace up and step out the door. Fleet Feet offers a 5k training class in the spring. Keep an eye out for it. In the meanwhile we look forward to having you at our runs. Make it a healthy and active day!
Glad you are getting to go to Luigi's hike - now I feel better about changing my rsvp - have to have my knee drained after falling yesterday : ( have a good hike!! -Jane

Hi Mona. So you like Irish music? I've never gone to see an irish band myself, but I'm sure there are plenty around so we'll look to get one for you soon. Blues and Jazz are another story. We have a lot of Jazz lovers so I hope to see you at one of our events soon. Feel free to suggest a venue, band or artist of you hear of anything cool. See ya
