Foundations of Flow- Beginner & Beginner-Intermediate Level
Want to learn how to hoop dance? Want to WOW your friends and family? In this class series for beginner and intermediate hoopers, we will cover hoop dance basics such as waist hooping, moving with the hoop, lifts, shoulder hooping, off body moves, and incorporating footwork. Intermediate hoopers will dive into floorwork, breaks & reverses, isolations, leg hooping, tosses, and more.
Instruction will be based on your needs - you will leave with sweat on your brow and a smile on your face! Join us!
