1211 6th Avenue, New York, NY
Meeting Point: Small Outdoor Space right in front of the News Corporation Building, 1211 Avenue of the Americas (west side of 6th Ave between 47 and 48th Street, see picture above)
Meetup Start: 4:30pm
Bring out some Christmas Spirit! Let’s end this year with a walk through the colorful decorated NYC. We will start the tour at the News Corporation Building on 6th Ave and make our way north towards Radio City Music Hall. After that, we will walk east, passing the huge Christmas tree at Rockefeller Center and then walking towards the department store of Saks on 5th Ave. We will continue strolling north along 5th Ave with its many department stores and beautiful decorated store windows. We will end the walk at Bergdorf Goodman, located on 5th Ave & 58th Street.
Please note that I changed the starting time for this event. We will start 4:30pm, right after the sunset.
If you want to keep shooting after the tour, if your hands are not completely frozen yet, I recommend walking west on 59th Street to Columbus Circle. They have an annual Holiday market right at the entry to Central Park and inside the atrium of the Time Warner Building (Towers) is nice Christmas display of stars with an hourly light show. The Holiday market is open until 8pm.
I’m planning about 2 hrs for the entire tour, as it definitely will be cold outside.
Please dress appropriate. There are a lot of stores and restaurants around where you can warm up or use the bathroom.

• Bring your camera, charged batteries and empty storage cards.
• I highly recommend bringing a tripod. Please be careful with the tripod placement. Try to stay away from major pedestrian pathways. Tourists are probably looking at anything else BUT your tripod, especially when it’s dark.
• Make sure you wear warm clothing, gloves, scarf, and a hat. This is winter!
I’m looking forward to this last walk for this year. Enjoy the holiday season. :)

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
