Sounds good. I have to work a double shift that day so I'll have to see
what shape I'll be in.

Announcing a new Meetup for The NYC Basic Photographers Meetup
Park Sunset - Ground Zero Lights - Brooklyn Bridge &
When: Saturday, September 11,[masked]:00
Where: Bowling Green Park
New York, NY
This is actually combining a lot of Meetup ideas into one Super
Meetup that I'm ridiculously excited about.
We'll meet at the south end
of Bowling Green Park then head over to Battery Park to catch the sunset and
all the colors in brings out in the sky. Then we'll head over to Ground Zero
to take some shots of the lights and whatever else may be around there. Once
we're done there we'll cross the Brooklyn Bridge to the park to get some
skyline shots with the lights on.
Tripod are NOT required for
night shooting but for anyone who likes shooting at night as much as I do, you
know it helps.

I wanted to put
together a Meetup for September 11th for a while now and Bianca's pictures
helped inspire how it could turn out to be another great Meetup for this
group. Hope you guys can make it out for this.
(I promise I'll get
better at giving you guys more than a weeks notice for an event)
