I've updated this Meetup. For more details, see the full listing:
When: Saturday, October 22,[masked]:30 PM
Where: Federal Reserve Bank of New York
33 Liberty Street
New York, NY 10045
We had so much fun light painting this past September at Battery Park. This time we’ll try some long exposures in the Wall Street area. We will meet at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York (33 Liberty Street). Nearby subways are the (2), (3), (4) and (5), but double-check by either www.mta.info, or www.hopstop.com. Bring your flashlights or glowsticks, a tripod charged batteries, formatted memory cards and of course - your SLR/DSLR camera.
When we all gather at the meetup point, we can roam around to find a good spot to practice the light painting. For those who were interested in getting the glowsticks I used, you can get them at Home Depot.
Note: I don’t know any restrooms in the area, but there could be some open diners that might allow us to use theirs. I also suggest you either bring snacks or eat something before you come down to the event.
If you have any questions, send me an email or a text message before the day of the event. Please make sure you identify yourself in your message so I know who you are. Thank you!
If the changes affect your plans to attend, please take a moment to update your RSVP. (You can RSVP "No" or "Yes".)
You can always get in touch with me through the Contact Us link on Meetup.
