Another alarming point about accountability, from the 1st article posted in my original comment: “Before Linick took office last fall, the State Department had been without an inspector general position for five years—the longest IG vacancy in the government’s history”

Good group, spirited conversation. Many viewpoints presented and the moderator never allowed emotions to get out of hand. Good group, to which I intend to return.

INVITATION to meet Libertarian candidate for NY Governor – Michael McDermott

    Hello,

Join us, shake the hand of a fellow Libertarian. And if you like him, like what he has to say, how he answers your questions, then you can help us get this Libertarian in front of as many people as possible so they too can hear the Libertarian story and begin to turn NY into a hotbed of Libertarian activity.

I'll let this spam posting stand for now -- but many will agree that this type of behavior gives the Libertarian movement a bad rep.

In light of developments from the recent news cycle, I've added two additional topics and we'll discuss both if time permits.
