We'll be meeting in parks during the week or weekends. There will be someone who will teach a choreographed dance based on cheerleading type dances (for now). It’s a great way to add some exercise to your life. This group is private, but there are no dues. Poms are also not mandatory, but they are too fun NOT to have!

If you are interested in teaching, please contact me. Again, there is no monetary compensation and all teachers must have a choreographed routine of 8-counts and must have something preplanned. No free style or making up on the spot! Please come prepared and right now, difficulty is super low. Maybe in the future there will be different levels available, but since it’s just me, everything is very easy!

I’ve already lost 10 lbs and it’s only been a couple of weeks! I hope you can join me and we’ll have some F-U-N!

All ages are welcome, however if you are under 18, please let your parents know.
