Rembrandt, The Consummate Etcher, and other 17th Century Printmakers

Rembrandt, The Consummate Etcher, and other 17th Century Printmakers is a small exhibition of prints now on view in New York at Syracuse University Lubin House at 11 East 61st Street just off Fifth Avenue. This project, which grew out of a series of lectures for the University’s Museum Studies Graduate class Curatorship and Connisseurship of Prints, explores the impact of one of Europe’s most important artists on the printmakers of his day. Domenic Iacono, Director of Syracuse University Art Galleries will give a brief talk in the gallery to introduce this collection of works and explain their significance for collectors and art enthusiasts.
