An organization for progressive, forward thinking business people to connect with colleagues who share similar values.  We also function as a think tank and organizing platform for the ethical transformation of corporate America; entering the political arena as needed.

Our multi-purpose structure is designed to address the following needs and goals:

  • A supportive space for progressives who feel stranded at the water cooler.
  • A place to meet, and do business with, people who share a commitment to making the world a better place.
  • A think tank and organizing group to counter right wing groups like the Business Roundtable. 
  • An educative space to discover more ethical ways of doing business; and to learn the historical and political events that led to the current crisis.

As we grow our progressive business network, you'll meet other ethically grounded people (in a variety of occupations) to do business with; and, perhaps, become friends with.  Your optimism will grow that a larger, more systemic progressive transformation of American business is possible; even if you may cower in your cubicle now, bored to tears, stuck in a stodgy and authoritarian corporate environment.  

In addition to emerging as a political, social, and educational force within the business community, and to the wealth that will be created via the normal networking process, creative conversations at PBN can lead to "as yet undreamed of" ideas for ethical wealth creation: to fund projects that promote a better world for all.

My hope is that the media will also cover us, so Americans realize that there is such a thing as a Progressive Business Network in existence; as an emerging counterpoint to the right-wing corporate hegemony.

So I hope you'll join us.  We welcome your ideas, energy, presence, and spirit, as we begin the long overdue progressive reclamation of American business life.
