Yoga class for every one, even you never did before.There is Two different yoga classes offered by two different yoga teacher on different location every Wednesday and Thursday.Please attend both classes and enjoy.There is Meditation class held on Monday also.

Great Lula! We look forward to meeting you! : ) Remember, we are at Bethesda Fountain for just a few more weeks. Well, we meet there and walk up the little hill to the left. We workout under two huge oak trees. Hopefully, it won't be raining acorns next time! That was an interesting phenomenon-I thought.
