Playtest Meetup - Midtown East Whole Foods

We will be going to the Whole Foods at east 57th.

Bring your designs/prototypes if you have any that you want feedback on, but you are welcome to come even if you aren't working on anything.

There is no charge or requirement to purchase anything, but Whole Foods would be happier to see us if we gave them some patronage.

Well, we had a total of 12 playtesters plus a lady with a video camera recording us. Some people got to talk on camera. We got to playtest seven out of ten games. Those were Outlive, Questor, Ketsudan, Sequentropy, Dead Wrong and Prime Time, I played the .latter two games. As I was leaving, Binh was setting up Engage. A nice enjoyable evening. I will submit an attendance list to Phil so he can adjust it if he wishes to.

I may bring a game idea of mine that I'm tinkering with, If I can find the box with the questions :)

Just a heads up, there will be a reporter from NHK (Japan's broadcasting network) doing a segment on board game designers coming tomorrow. It's a good chance to talk about your games and get some exposure.

Unfortunately, I now have a work conflict at this time and will not be able to attend. Looks like many frequent members will be attending though, so I will rely on them to make sure folks get their games tested.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
