I'm Mike C, a meetup organizer who runs three game groups and I like to play games.
Word, trivia and party-type games, though the occasional Eurogame intrigues me.
I have a couple of ideas in my head.
A good time, interaction and possible feedback.
Nice and welcoming group of game designers and testers.
Hi Mike, I was wondering if we would be returning to Ollie's (former name of public space on Broadway) since they have reopened. It's not as big as before but there are enough tables for us, I think. Lucrezia
Hi Mike! I got your message! Sorry for the delay, I've been under the weather. Travel directions to Myriad Games is sorta posted on our discussion board. What I did was cut/paste the directions to the CUNY: College of Staten Island. Myriad Games is just about 3-4 traffic lights down the road from the college. :) I hope it helps!
Welcome to Staten Island Boardgamers! We now play most Sundays @ Myriad Games 1650 Richmond Ave SI NY 10314 (by corner of Richmond Ave/Victory Blvd) in the front of the Coral Island Shopping Plaza. We now also game on Tues and Wed nights, and the occassional Thursdays. Dues $5/year $1 per person/day gaming. It would be cool to purchase something from Myriad Games too. :) Check the comments when you RSVP, and pre-arrange games! Hope to game with you soon! Thanks for joining!
Hey Birthday Boy... Be my Valentine? ;) ::HUGGLES::: I hope your Valentine's Day birthday is fun! Come game with us at our new location! Myriad Games (Xpress bus from manhattan stops nearly in front of store.) ::HUGS::: Cheri

Sometimes its hard to find meetupers at the job fair because everyone comes in at different times. I usually just keep a look out for familiar faces. At other meetups, its easier because we will have set time and exact locations to meet.
