Let us spring forward in a healing circle to let go, removing the layers of that do not serve, and be happy and free!

Powerful energy portals are opened during new moons where intentions for new creations and development, MAGIC occurs with synchronicity and grace. We will honor this energy, committing to enlightening our NEW visions (perhaps finding a new career or partner) and being open to receiving guidance and healing.

Come join us for an expansive evening where we will honor the directions, the elements, ourselves. We will journey to the heart to the beat of the drum, planting intentions for the future and creating our dreams.

The power of prayer is amplified in community; when we perform rituals together, the efficacy of healing is that much more profound. Good vibes are contagious!

You will:
• Learn the easy techniques of drum journeying.
• Connect and meet your personal guides for healing and to access information, to create NEW paths.
• Explore how to practically use shamanism and meditation in everyday life for assisting life changes, solving problems, accessing personal power, leading a path of happiness & health.
• Meet new friends.
• Experience community love!

Snacks to share…I will use my culinary skills to provide delicious RAW VEGAN chocolate.

This is a healing circle open to all, those with or without shamanic, yoga, or meditation experience/knowledge cordially welcome.

Sarah Eve Cardell

Sarah Eve is a culinary shaman, making magic in the kitchen and healing from the heart. She is a certified Usui Reiki master and practicing shaman with a deep love of the healing arts. Using a combination of practical and spiritual techniques Sarah Eve passionately guides you to whole body wellness, to a place of self-empowerment and love. Sarah Eve began her shamanic studies with shaman Izhak Beery and followed with the late shaman Ipupiara, an extraordinary Makunaiman of the Ure-e-wau-wau Amazonian tribe. She has completed workshops with Tom Cowan and the 13 Indigenous Grandmothers. The path of healing also led her to work closely with the Santo Daime community, John of God, and crystal energy work in Brazil. Other international trips including Mexico and Central America, Europe, Israel, and Southeast Asia, she encountered sacred spiritual practices and healers in which she is blessed to share and teach. Integrating her experience also as a vegan chef, she uses food as another medicinal tool in achieving whole body health. Sarah Eve infuses her practice with the body awareness gained from years of yoga practice; she completed a certified yoga teacher training under Sri Dharma Mittra in 2010. In private sessions and group workshops/classes Sarah Eve uses her array of gifts to facilitate one to connect deeply to one’s heart and true light, shifting illness, fears, and blocks, dealing with difficult emotional issues, and finding one’s higher life purpose. She assists in creating a safe space in which you can heal you!

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
