Pizza party at Prospect Park!

  • This location is shown only to members

  • Hey ladies,

Pizza Time! At our last meet up, the fabulous, Kelly Ann told me about a great pizza shop that has vegan pizza and toppings. I'm a hard sell on vegan pizza, but seeing as Kelly Ann has practically been to every vegan restaurant in the tri-state area, I had to take her word for it. Also, she said it tastes better than my favorite vegan pizza, Pala. So I'm definitely taking my behind to Brooklyn and checking out Pizza Plus.

The reviews are great. People really seem to love this spot. And after checking out the menu and viewing those yummy pics, I can see why.

    So here's the plan:

We'll all meetup at Pizza Plus in Park Slope at 2:00, order our food, pay, then walk over to Prospect Park West, 9th Street entrance, and eat like kings.

So for the few that might come late, that may pose a bit of a problem. You'll have to arrive at the pizza shop, order yourself a few individual slices, and meet us at the park. We'll be near the Prospect West 9th street entrance. So while that may be fine, it's definitely not the most favorable option, so please, please try to be on time :)

I know it would be much easier to just have the pizza delivered to the park, but apparently their delivery is hella slow, and I can only imagine how long it would take some poor delivery guy to find us in the park :).

Since we'll be picking up our food and drinks, the only additional thing you should bring is a blanket and yourself. Blankets to sit on is muy importante, (a little Spanish for you guys) so don't forget it. A towel, sheet, etc will also do.

And yes, they do have gluten-free pizza!
