So here's the rundown. A few weeks ago we went to a nearby shop for some lackluster pizza. Luckily, Alyssa had the great idea of getting desserts at Peacefood. Good Choice! The desserts were great and the main entrees sounded delicious. Yalini was practically salivating. Haha, jk.
Their menu looks perfect for a nice, quaint, vegan lunch. They also had a few raw and gluten-free options.
They don't take reservations and the place can get pretty packed on the weekends, so please try to arrive on time :)
I'm incredibly glutenous, so don't forget, I'm totally willing to share with whomever is interested. I'm all about splitting and swapping dishes, especially desserts :)
A few days before an event, I usually tend to confirm via text with those who are attending. If I don't get a response, you might be removed from the list to make room for those who may want to attend. Just a little heads up.
I know we haven't had many events lately, but I plan on adding many more after the holidays :)
Please do not RSVP unless you're sure you can attend. I like to keep the groups small, so if one person doesn't show up, they rob someone, who wants to attend, of the opportunity to join us. I know that sometimes things pop up that are beyond our control, but all I ask is that you be considerate. And if for some reason you must change you RSVP, it's no problem at all. Just make sure to do so in a timely matter so that those on the waiting list have ample time to respond and attend.
Thanks a bunch!
*Please bring cash. It makes it much easier to split the bill. Also, many restaurants don't allow payment on more than 2 different credit cards.
*There will be gluten-free and raw options.
*If RSVP's are closed, you can still RSVP for the wait-list. People are added from the wait-list at almost EVERY event, so don't be discouraged :)
*I'm big on taking pictures. These events aren't for the camera shy ;)
