Hi Eric,

Have you looked into You essentially get to reverse-auction your business and merchants bid on your account. I don't know of specific merchants to recommend, but that kind of funds-holding should be disclosed up front and you could find merchants that don't do that.

Disclosure: I have no stake in the company, although I'm friends with the CEO's brother.

P.S. We are already using for our payment gateway, and they are working out fine.  Otherwise I would switch to a all inclusive service like BrainTree or Stripe.
